Who we are
IRON GRIP is a hard enduro tire brand. This website is operated by MotoExperience, the European Distributor. Product purchases are fulfilled through our retail site motoexperience.eu, which has its own checkout privacy notices.
What data we process
On this presentation site we typically process:
- Technical data needed to deliver the site (IP address in server logs, browser type, pages requested).
- Your cookie preference, stored locally in your browser after you choose Accept, Reject, or Preferences.
- Messages you send us (for example dealer enquiries to contact@motoexperience.ro).
We load the TikTok pixel, a marketing tool provided by TikTok Technology Limited that measures ad performance and helps
us build advertising audiences. It runs on every visit (not gated by the cookie banner), sets cookies (such as _ttp), and
shares usage data with TikTok. See

Cookies and similar technologies
We group storage as follows:
- Necessary — required for the site to work and to remember your consent choice. These run without optional consent.
- TikTok pixel — always loaded for ad measurement and audience building (see above). Not controlled by the optional analytics toggle.
- Optional analytics — any additional site-usage measurement beyond the TikTok pixel. Off by default; enabled only if you accept this category (or Accept all). No extra optional scripts are loaded today.
You can change or withdraw consent anytime with or via the link in the site footer.
Purposes and legal bases
- Operating and securing the website — legitimate interests / necessity of the service.
- Storing your cookie preference — legal obligation / necessary for compliance.
- TikTok pixel (ad measurement and audiences) — legitimate interests in measuring and improving advertising.
- Optional analytics beyond the TikTok pixel — consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Responding to dealer or contact emails — legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract.
Retention
Server logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations. Consent preferences remain in your browser until you clear site data or update your choice. Email correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal duties.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to certain processing.
